\nA new bouldering guidebook for Helgeland and Salten in Northern Norway
\nA comprehensive bouldering guidebook for the region of Nordland in Norway
\nwhich lies just south of Lofoten.<\/p>\n
This guidebook covers the biggest and best bouldering areas in the regions of
\nHelgeland and Salten in Northern Norway just south of Lofoten. Some of these
\nareas have been covered earlier in the guidebook \u201cArctic Circle Climbing\u201d by
\nSveinung B. R\u00e5heim and Sten Stenkj\u00e6r from 2006. During the 13 years since the
\nold guidebook was published the areas have seen much development and several
\nnew areas have been opened. So here comes a thorough, updated guidebook.<\/p>\n
The project of documenting og producing the book is done by Rasmus B\u00f8lling \u2013 a
\nDanish climber who moved to Bod\u00f8, Norway in 2016. He has been an active
\nboulderer for more than 13 years and has in the process of making the book
\nadded many first ascents in the region.<\/p>\n
The goal has been to make an easily read book with pictures of all the
\nboulders and clear and precise maps for easy navigation. The book is written
\nin English to reach out to a wide audience of both norwegian and foreign
\nclimbers travelling in Northern Norway.<\/p>\n
