The history of climbing in Friuli Venezia Giulia is perhaps one of the most
\nimportant in Italy seeing as it started with the famous mountaineers Comici
\nand Carlesso, who \u201cinvented\u201d, from the beginning of the last century, the Val
\nRosandra and Dardago as training grounds for the majestic walls of the
\nDolomites. This region, divided into three distinct areas, includes countless
\nand often enchanting crags of various dimensions and styles, suitable both for
\nbeginners and for those who want to attack extreme grades. You go from the
\nfeared overhangs of Erto, known across the whole of Europe, to the small crags
\nimmersed in the woods of the Friulian Dolomites Park, to the rocks around
\nTarvisio and upper Carnia where the small limestone gem of Avostanis rises up,
\na high altitude crag among the most beautiful in Italy. <\/p>\n
The area around Trieste, rich with crags and really strong climbers, excels
\nwith the Costiera and Napoleonica, while just around the corner, over the
\nborder in Slovenian territory, the three huge crags of Osp, Misjia Pec and
\nCrni Kal await, temples of European climbing, on whose walls the strongest
\nclimbers in the world test themselves.<\/p>\n

\nVal Rosandra e Dardago come terreno d`allenamento alle maestose muraglie

\ninnumerevoli e spesso incantevoli falesie di varie dimensione e tipologia,
\nadatte sia al principiante che a chi vuole aggredire gradi estremi. Si va dai
\ntemuti strapiombi di Erto, conosciuti in tutta Europa, alle piccole falesie
\nimmerse nel Parco delle Dolomiti Friulane, alle rocce del tarvisiano e

\nin quota tra le pi\u00f9 belle d`Italia. L`area triestina, ricchissima di falesie e
\ndi fortissimi arrampicatori, spicca con la Costiera e la Napoleonica, mentre
\ndietro l`angolo, oltre confine, in terra slovena, ci aspettano le tre enormi
\nfalesie di Osp, Misjia Pec e Crni Kal, templi della scalata europea, sulle cui
\npareti si cimentano i pi\u00f9 forti arrampicatori del mondo.<\/p>\n
