The sandstone rocks of Berdorf are well known in Europe and very much desired
\nby climbers from all over the world. Bolted sport routes vary from 2+ to 8b+
\nwitht he main concentration towards the upper grades.<\/p>\n
In summer and even during winter when snow falls the woods around Berdorf are
\nfairytale-like. You can climb there all over the year. Only when it has been
\nraining for more than 2 days or when the temperature gets below 5\u00b0C the
\nclimbing becomes displeasing. From the parking on it will take you a
\n10-minutes walk to get down to the rocks.<\/p>\n
To climb in Berdorf you will need a permit. BUT this permit is FREE and
\nEVERYONE gets one. Even if there are not many controls you will still need
