On the first<br \/>\npages of the guidebook there\u2019s plenty of general information on history,<br \/>\ngeology, rock quality and a short description of each sector.<\/p>\n<p>Rock type is predominantly gneiss, that can be brittle some places but most<br \/>\nboulder problems have solid hand and footholds as loose flakes are usually<br \/>\nproperly cleaned off.
