The photographer has<br \/>\ntravelled widely over many years, creating unique new views of rarely<br \/>\nphotographed equatorial African glaciers.<\/p>\n<p>Combining spectacular close aerial photography with archive documents,<br \/>\nSchwartz links visual art and the natural sciences, continuing an<br \/>\ninterdisciplinary tradition with roots in early 18th-century Switzerland, the<br \/>\nbirthplace of glaciology.
