Kailash Masnarovar

For many centuries pilgrims have visited the sacred Mt Kailash and Lake
Mansarovar. The journey is arduous and involves trekking in at high altitude
up to nineteen thousand feet. The emphasis in this book is general preparation
and has a profile of the route. The Kailash Mansarovar region falls in western
Tibet, the 6714m high Mount Kailash is the highest peak of the trans-Himalayan
Kailash range.
