Meeting the mountains

The current book covers climbs, expeditions and treks undertaken by the author
between 1993 and 1997 in various parts of the Himalaya. With 30 maps and 49
photographs. It is a reference for trekkers and mountaineers. Included here
are expeditions with Sir Chris Bonington to Punch Chuli and Rangrik Rang, the
accident and rescue of Stephen Venables, climbing Manirang exploring Spiti and
exploring passes in Garhwal.
