located mostly within the limits of the Toubkal National Park. The PN Toubkal
was established on 15 January 1942. Because of its location just 70 km. the
city of Marrakech, is the most visited of all Morocco, being an exceptional
natural and scenic region, within a high mountain where they find the highest
mountains of northern Africa.

It is worth noting the great diversity of species both botanical and fauna and
the human settlement of Berber populations in line with the natural
environment. It is recommended the hiring of guides / mountain guides to
access this region because of both its rugged mountains and valleys are
difficult orientation and communication with the local population for the most
